Where Coaching Meets Legacy

Long before I became a certified life coach in the Middle East, I was deeply influenced by someone special who had a remarkable gift. He had an effortless ability to bring out the best in people — to help them feel seen, grounded, and aligned with their purpose. People naturally turned to him for support, and somehow, just being in his presence brought clarity and calm. I didn’t fully understand what he was doing — I just knew it was magical.

Years later, in 2016, my own journey of self-discovery led me into the world of coaching — and something clicked. Everything I was learning echoed what I had seen in this person for years. The only difference was, I had to study it — he naturally lived it. That realization lit a spark in me: I could carry this legacy forward in my own way.

I went on to train with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the most respected coaching programs globally, and earned my certification as a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). I later became an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and coaching wasn’t just something I enjoyed — it was the work I was meant to do.

With a career rooted in education, management, and human resources, I’ve always worked closely with people — leading teams, developing others, navigating transitions, and creating space for growth. Transformational coaching for leaders is the natural thread that wove everything together.

That’s how HY Coach For Leaders was born — from a desire to combine my professional experience with my passion for meaningful, creative impact. I chose to focus on executive coaching in the Middle East because when leaders grow, the ripple spreads — to their teams, their organizations, and beyond.

That special someone behind it all is Yahya, my father.
