FAQ’S
1. How do I know if I need coaching?
If you’ve been asking yourself “What’s next?”, feeling stuck, or sensing that you’re meant for more—but can’t quite figure out the how—coaching might be exactly what you need. Whether you’re at a crossroads, craving clarity, or ready to level up your leadership, coaching gives you the space, structure, and support to move forward with confidence. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
2. Who do you coach?
I work with executives, managers, and emerging leaders who are ready to grow, navigate change, and lead with intention—both professionally and personally. Whether you’re stepping into a new role or seeking more clarity and confidence, coaching supports you in moving forward with purpose.
3. How do I book a free discovery session?
Click “Book Free Session,” fill out a short form, and choose a time that works for you.
4. What does the free discovery session include?
It’s a relaxed 30-minute call to explore your goals, ask questions, and see if coaching is the right fit.
5. Do you offer virtual coaching, and is it confidential?
Yes, all sessions are conducted online via Zoom for your convenience. Everything shared during coaching is completely private and confidential.
6. Are you a certified coach?
Yes, I trained at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the most respected coaching programs globally, and earned my certification as a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). I am also certified internationally through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at a level of ACC (Associate Certified Coach).
7. What inspired you to start coaching?
I was deeply inspired by my father — someone who naturally brought out the best in others. Years later, as I began my own path of self-discovery, I realized that what he did intuitively, I could learn, embody, and share. That spark led me to build HY Coach For Leaders — where coaching meets legacy and leadership is grounded in purpose.
